2. Information we collect

When you submit a Business Enquiry, we may collect your first and last name, professional email, organisation, country, business type, enquiry type, product of interest, and the information you enter in your message. Our technical service providers may process related submission metadata needed for security and delivery.

The public form is only for business contact information. Please do not submit patient names, health information, STL files, medical images, or other clinical records.

3. Why we use this information

We use enquiry data to respond to requests, prepare commercial information, discuss potential cooperation and maintain relevant professional correspondence. Processing is based on our legitimate interests in managing B2B enquiries and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into a contract. A separate opt-in would be required for any marketing use that needs consent.

4. Recipients and service providers

Enquiries are addressed to the team managing contact@pdentalc.com. We use FormSubmit as a third-party form forwarding service, and our email provider to receive and manage messages. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. We will review their contractual safeguards and applicable transfer arrangements before relying on them for live personal-data processing.

5. How long information is kept

Business enquiries are kept only for the period needed to handle your request and any subsequent commercial relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are scheduled for review and deletion within 24 months after our last relevant contact, unless applicable law requires longer retention. FormSubmit states that it retains submitted forms for up to 30 days within its own service; copies delivered to our mailbox are managed separately.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or request restriction or portability where applicable. Contact contact@pdentalc.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

7. Cookies and security

This public website is intended to operate without optional advertising or analytics cookies. Technical service providers may use strictly necessary security measures and anti-spam controls when a form is submitted. We use HTTPS and work to limit access to enquiry messages. No method of internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. Client Portal and patient information

The Client Portal is not yet publicly operational and is not part of this public Business Enquiry process. Do not transmit personal health data through the public enquiry form. Any future clinical order processing will have a separate privacy, security and contractual framework.
