Typical applications
Full upper and/or lower dentures, as prescribed.
Complete removable dentures for clinical rehabilitation programs.
Complete dentures replace a full arch of missing teeth with an acrylic-base removable prosthesis. Beyond tooth colour, the laboratory setup must reflect the agreed occlusal plane, vertical dimension, lip support, tooth mould and denture-base contours so the clinician can assess both appearance and function.
Conventional impressions, bite rims and wax try-ins remain useful in many workflows, while digital dentures may be appropriate where partner equipment and clinical records support them. Retention and stability depend on clinical anatomy and impression accuracy; a lab-made prosthesis alone cannot guarantee fit for every ridge.
Indicate arch, preferred tooth mould/shade, bite registration, midline, smile line, try-in plan and any special base or characterisation requests.
Try-in and remake policies should be agreed before acceptance.
