PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Full-contour strength with a simplified restorative design.

Monolithic zirconia crowns are milled from a single piece of dental zirconia rather than built up with a separate veneering ceramic. This approach is frequently considered for posterior crowns and selected bridges when the dentist wants a robust, repeatable restoration with controlled occlusal anatomy and straightforward finishing.

Unlike layered zirconia, the visible surface is primarily the zirconia itself. The choice of blank, translucency, shading method and thickness still determines the balance between appearance and mechanical performance; highly translucent formulations are not automatically interchangeable with high-strength grades.

WHAT SETS THIS PRODUCT APART
  • Single-piece design limits the need for a separate porcelain veneer on functional surfaces.
  • Shade, incisal translucency, characterization and surface finish can be discussed according to the zirconia system.
  • Margin definition, minimum thickness, opposing dentition and occlusal contacts deserve particular attention.
WHEN ENQUIRING

Specify the tooth position, preparation clearance, antagonist material, shade and whether aesthetics or functional loading is the main priority.
